材料:鱼头一个,料酒,大蒜,生姜,生抽,蚝油,白糖.

1.鱼头洗干净,沥干水分.大蒜三个剥去皮(这个剥出来的量大概有二三十小颗哦),姜一大块去皮切厚片.

2.用一汤匙料酒,一汤匙生抽,一汤匙半蚝油,半汤匙白糖搅拌均匀后,涂抹在鱼头上,包上保鲜膜,放冰箱冷藏腌制两个小时入味.0X$cFU#G4yE

3.锅子放灶上,用小火空锅预热两分钟.

4.预热好的锅底铺上姜片和大蒜粒,大致要把锅底铺满,然后放色拉油,能盖住锅底就够了.

5.把腌制好的鱼头放进锅子里,同时把碗里腌制鱼的腌汁倒在鱼头上.

6.转中火,煮开后盖上盖子,保持中火.
