1:虾去头,去壳,留尾巴,去虾肠,从虾腹部切一刀(不全切开)vR2mT[*?\,_ z i

2:鸡蛋加少许面粉开成糊状,把虾沾了蛋液,再沾面包糠Q*L!WS0sN-`

3:倒入适量的油,烧至80--90度左右吧(把手放于上,能感到热就OK了)

做得很好看,让人一看就有食欲,问下楼主面包糠哪有卖啊,我们这找不到哪有卖
