[color=green]广东人讲到煲蟹汤一般都好九流, 腥到无得顶。广东人煲鱼汤,会先加姜片煎一煎条鱼就无腥味,但系煲蟹汤点煎呢?还是要向上海人学习一下啦!他们做法很简单,就是在滚汤时加入半茶匙白醋,咁便一点腥味也会没有了,而且还可以带出蟹的鲜甜味。:?e^ta`JS
材料:

排骨一条 、磨菇10粒、白醋半茶匙、西红柿3只 、花蟹2只 (二人份量)'E*r1^8C8k'Xbk5x;} aP
烹调步骤:

1、排骨先出水;西红柿用热水煲一煲,去皮备用(不过我中意留皮,如喜欢酸一点就留下西红柿籽);磨菇开两边。

2、先煲排骨、西红柿、磨菇半小时。G|hTuO4a
3、再加入花蟹件,同时加入半茶匙白醋,白醋有去腥味的作用。at5h5_#H#b/d?
4、再煲多15-30分钟便可关火,如家里有香芹便加入点增加香味。QZb?q-M
5、最后加盐调味,西红柿磨菇排骨蟹汤就煲好了,试一口鲜甜无比一点腥味也没有。
