麻辣肥肠

原料: 肥肠5斤(其实不多的,做出来一点点),桂皮,八角,干辣椒,花椒,姜,香菜,料酒(没有了用小糊涂仙代替)

1.肥肠洗干净,过程就不说啦,太痛苦了,洗得我腰酸背痛.(H+k0A} t6bO*UP

2,锅里放水,加姜,花椒,烧开后,把肥肠放进去.水再开后,肥肠起皱折即可关火.*G| |[,VV-P:|

4,捞出过完水的肥肠,切成斜段段.

5.把所有的原料一起放进锅里,大火烧开.我为了节约煤气费,现在煤气贵啊,就转至电子煲汤锅.调了2.5小时.然后,就沙发上看电视.一会就跑去厨房闻闻香味,口水直流.~k
